Exchange Window

Exchanges are available within 7 days.

We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Eligible items must meet every condition below.

  • Unused and unworn.
  • Original tags and packaging included.
  • Free from damage, stains, or signs of wear.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for order issues only.

Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, the wrong item was delivered, or there is a manufacturing defect.

Non-returnable

Size issues after confirmation, minor color variations due to screen display, customized items, and sale items are not eligible for return.

Condition

All returned or exchanged pieces must remain clean, unused, and in original packaging.

Shipping Charges

Exchange shipping is customer-paid unless the mistake is ours.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the mistake is from our side. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
